Important Update: Her-kathon Event Agenda
Dear Her-kathon Participants,
We're thrilled to have you join us for the upcoming Her-kathon event from September 15th to September 17th. To ensure the best experience for everyone and accommodate the availability of mentors, we'd like to inform you that the agenda may be subject to minor changes. Rest assured that any adjustments will be made with your benefit in mind.
As of now, here's the planned schedule:
15/09 Friday
6:00 - 6:30 PM: Welcome Participants, Registration Check, Stickers
7:00 - 7:30 PM: Opening, Explanation of Her-kathon Concept, Introduction of Judges & Demo Criteria
7:30 - 9:00 PM: Team Up (Participants Networking, Exchanging Ideas, Formulating Teams)
16/09 Saturday
10:00 - 10:30 AM: Opening & Giang from School Lab Pitch Deck Mini-Workshop (15 Min + Q&A)
11:00 AM: Natalia from She Loves Data Mini-Workshop (15 Min + Q&A)
12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
1:00 - 6:00 PM: Teamwork on Ideas. Dreamplex Is Open. Participants Are Not Obligated to Stay Till the End. Mentors Will Be Available for Questions.
17/09 Sunday
9:00 - 10:30 AM: Preparation for Demo
10:30 - 11:30 AM: Teams Demo to the Audience (Presentation ~ 5 - 10 Min, Hard Stop at 10 Min) + Q&A
12:00 PM: Winners Announcement & Closure
Please understand that the timing of certain activities, especially on September 16th, may change to better align with the availability of mentors and to enhance your learning experience. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding in this regard.
